December - January Shipping Schedule

We are packing and shipping every day in order of "Shipping Request"
forms. Under our current situation, it nomally takes 10 - 28 days to meet
your shipping request.
Please note that it takes much time(around 30 - 45 days) to pack for some
requests: specifying items to be shipped, divided packing into some packages,
large amount of items, large electric appliance, or car/bike/bicycle parts.

Modified Auction Payment / Fee Collection System for Smooth Shipment

It takes much time to meet shipping requests under our current situation.
To shorten waiting time for shipments, the system for collecting payments/fees
will be modified in October 14.
Previously, customers were asked for payments in twice:
1) the closing prices after the auctions end
2) the expenses, fees, and international shipping rate before shipment
After this modification, you will be asked for payments in three times in principle:
1) the closing prices after the auctions end
2a) the expenses and fees when 10 or more auctions have arrived
2b) the expenses and fees 30 or more days after you won auctions if your auctions are less than 10 items
3) international shipping rate before shipment
*Expenses: domestic shipping costs and bank fees
*Fees: base fees and final value fees
*If your auctions are less than 10 items and you request a shipping before 30 days go by, 2) and 3) are asked at once before shipments.
This modification is aimed at speeding up the process of shipments. We have
asked customers to wait for 10-20 days after shipping requests sent. By asking
the expenses and fees in advance, our working process before shipments shuould
be decreased, and the waiting time should be shortened. Your understanding
and cooperation would be appreciated.
Ordering from Doujin Circle (Mar 12 2007)
Our service for direct ordering from doujin circle is stopped indefinitely
because we are becoming difficult to handle those time-consuming orders
for some reasons. However, ordering request to doujin circle is accepted
only from customers who had used our Personal Import in the past, at least
for a while. Ordering request for doujinshi or doujin goods to shops is
received as before. Thank you for your understanding.
